Moodys should stick to giving AAA ratings to junk mortgage related securities.

One wonders how they could still be allowed to rate anything. The ratings agencies have prooved unrealible to say the least.

Our guesses are as good or better than theirs. I have yet to see any accurate predictions from any major institutions ( AMP etc.. )or punters like (Michael Yardney etc...) . I think the best thing to do is to ignore them and monitor the sentiment of this forum for clues.

Objective observations are generally the best way to keep a level head in property investment. However, we are all human and bias can creep in which is why it's good to seek other peoples input and perspective prior to making decisions. These forums perform that function to an extent in themselves but as with all of these things, decide who is qualified and educated prior to taking on board any posts or advice.
