    what is the best free data source for determining how a suburb is tracking on a monthly or quarterly basis?
    I know the residex free suburb report has the annual data

    If its the quarterly median figures your after, for SA i use Reisa or government site Data.SA, I would assume each state has an equivalency of both those sites.

    API magazine has great monthly information. $9.95 an issue.

    SQM is great but take it with a grain of salt.

    They are asking prices, so it's a bit sentiment-based, and keep in mind the quarterly and monthly is rolling.

    Checked sqm out a while back, they don't give data on 4 bedroom houses? Makes any QLD analysis pretty hard at the moment...
