monoxide detectors - requirement for rentals...

    Hi

    Does anyone know where I can source hard wired combination smoke & monoxide detectors....

    I know Bunnings have the battery operated ones, but I'm seeking hard wired....

    My builder is having trouble sourcing them to date, and I have heard that the monoxide detectors may become mandatory next year for rental properties.....

    And where would it be installed ?? They dont operate like smoke detectors and its why few hardwired options exist
