    Hello
    I’ve got an approx 760m2 corner block site in Mount Waverley, GRZ3, Monash Council.
    I’ve spoken to a handful of architects and big builders but they’re all giving me very contrasting advice as to what is achievable on the land.

    Would anyone know an experienced draftsperson/architects that specialises in Townhouse developments?

    Any advice would be much appreciated. We are planning on obtaining planning permits ASAP and develop in the next 5 years.

    I wouldn't have trusted either architects or builders to know what can be developed. Why not consult with an actual urban planner?

    Talk to a private town planner. Have an assessment done of the development potential. Then armed with that information, talk to an architect. Better yet find an architect and town planner in the same practice. Pay for basic advice, so that the advisor is able to spend a little time giving you the best answers.
