Modernising exterior of Weatherboard House

    it seems there is an overlay according to the title info shown in the data in the listing picture, and if this is the case will be shown in the vendor statement. Sometimes the overlay applies to all of the land, sometimes it's just one teeny tiny corner of the block. If you call council they will let you know what section of the block it applies and what it means.

    Not sure if your pulling a leg, but......

    Needs more than that :)

    You guys know the price to buy so can work out if worthwhile, but unless there is something preventing new build, renovating this will likely cost as much as new or maybe more unless your doing it all yourselves.

    Also seems on main road may be subject to widening at some stage ?

    Yeah, looks a bit long in the tooth.
    You could fit 3 townhouses on there, surely ;)

    Looks like the type of project I'd take on. The roof can be painted over if it's original steel; white or silver/grey. Will come up great if it's otherwise sound.
