    Couldnt find a @Terry_w tips for this and I'm
    Sure I know the answer but what tax considerations are there for mixing investment loans?

    I imagine proportioning for CGT would be one?

    Also what about mixing investment loan types? E.g using the same loan for both an IP and shares.
