    1. I had to (digitally) sign my home loan contract today. One thing I noticed was that the address under my name was a previous address of mine, which appears on the front of my driver's licence - the back of the licence has my current address. So obviously the address on the front was used.

My conveyancer said not to worry about it and to just sign and submit it. Is this going to be an issue? I guess if they have an image of my licence then the address will match it so it will be OK?

    2. When I did the direct debit request part of the docs, I didn't use my middle name. I had to upload a bank statement for this part which does have my middle name. Is this discrepancy going to hold things up?

    Listen to your conveyancer!

You are seriously overthinking your purchase.

why ask a conveyancer about a loan? Ask the bank or the broker. Then try strangers on the internet.
