Minimum frontage NSW

    Hi first home buyer wondering if it’s possible to build on a block in NSW that only has approx 6m frontage. Are there any extra hurdles to jump through before building on an unusual block? And if anyone has any recommended builders for such a house.

    Some builders have standard plans for narrow blocks. You will probably need to zero lot line in your case. Does it have RLA for offstreet parking? Rawson Homes springs to mind but there are others:

    Designs
    Narrow Homes
    Afur Duplex

    It may require an architectural solution which doesn't need to be expensive either. Just look around the inner west of Sydney where there are plenty of sites <200m2
