Can anyone point me to Brisbane documentation for subdivision requirements for access to rear block?

ie What clearance is required between existing house and boundary to allow access to rear subdivision?

If the existing house is already elevated, does the overhang impact the clearance? The overhang is a bit over 4.5m above ground level (proposed driveway).

You will need at least 3.5m between the house and side boundary in order to get access to the rear lot.
