    Is it to go in an outdoor bbq area? Most aren't rated for outdoors and even the outdoor ones are often only rated to work in 33 degrees.
    That unit will definitely struggle and will probably last 12mths. Depends on if you have to warrant the appliances you supply with the houses you are selling.
    Personally I'd probably not put one in.

    I'll look into this and see what's the best outdoor one. But I reckon this could suffice possibly...but tbh I wouldn't want it breaking in 12 months either
