    Staging furniture is going in on 9th and 10th November then photograph and bam hit the market hard for them all to be sold by Christmas. That would be best Christmas present ever for us

    Construction is complete.
    Staging furniture has gone in and the upper floor is back on the market today.
    Lower floors should be uploaded today or tomorrow.

    Credit to @Westminster for the interior design and fit out (And for being the best JV partner anyone could dream of!)

    Here’s to a short marketing period and strong sales. Hopefully it will be a very merry Christmas.

    I haven’t posted pics, but smart ppl cans find them online

    We had our first home open on Sunday and an offer came in last night that we accepted.
    It will be unconditional mid December.
    25% under offer :p
    We are happy and hope this continues for sales to come.

    I would like to say it’s the product which sells.
    However it’s only 25% sold so still early days and Perth market is still soft.

    But still.... feels great to get one locked away.

    I'm not sure if I asked you guys but the allowable site coverage was 60÷ but the drawings shows mid 70÷. Did you get the extra ~15÷ coverage and if so how hard was it to convince council and neighbors?

    We were under plot ratio for the development but I can't recall on site coverage. I think from recollection the local DAP for the area allowed greater than the Rcodes

    I just checked some old plans. We were well within plot ratio (478m2 over 629).
    But slightly over on site coverage (74% vs 60%)

    It went to council I think twice with some revisions - but nothing major.
    But the i wasn’t working with council, so not sure how much convincing we had to do. From memory we had more difficulty getting single car bay approved. But I might have poor memory.
