Ha! Caught an ep last night - the one where old mate treats the model he went on a date with as absolute garbage. My fiancé was seething, but I enjoyed his character (as i'm sure it's put on). What I didn't like was the Swedish bloke throwing his own kind under the bus.

As an aside, in the ep, they threw open houses for brokers, are these brokers Buyers agents? Does the same thing happen here, or is that an American thing (or a really expensive RE thing?)?

In the USA you have both sales and buyers agents doing the deal splitting the comission.

The Swedish guy who is number one broker in New York is the best I ever seen on million dollar listing series. It seems like he can basically sell anything. New York is like a whole different world like majority of properties are a minimum million dollars. I can see Sydney or Melb some day being like this

There are so many real estate shows over there at the moment, it's crazy.
Always seems to be one type of show and then a lot of imitations at the same time.

there are lots of reno, RE shows but the best ones are the million dollar listing series. i watch Million Dollar listing new York, san fran and LA. Also watch the flipping out series on the professional flipper jeff lewis, he has flipped 40+ properties making averages of a million each. Learned a fair bit from his series on renovation and staging ideas.

I watched some of the Las Vegas one, but it was a bit too much of a **** for me.
Got in to Tiny House Nation and Treehouse Masters though.

I saw some of this Million Dollar Listing the last couple of days on FTA, but it was the LA version.
Interesting to hear how much the properties are worth.
