The rare day I watch TV

Watched silly/ unlucky/ lucky road accident recorded on dashcam
Some news about politic that goes over my head
    And, Million Dollar Listing NY

Maybe exaggerated but the character are entertaining :) I'm not sure about $7M penthouse in NY though

It's NY I guess. Nothing surprises me these days about property prices, whether it is here or overseas.

They look like regular property, I bet $7M will get you better stuff here but well, NY...

The property/ price is not what fascinate me though, how the sales people talk does o_O

It's interesting that they have listing agent and buyers broker...is buyers broker a common thing in US?

Apparently, yes it is, when I spoke to some former colleagues in the US. They couldn't get the concept of NOT having a representative on the buyer's side of the transaction.

Someone sent me this the other day... had to have a giggle.

I have been buying cheapies over the years in Atlanta.... cheapest at $35,000 ... and then this sold for 17.5M. I think its pretty ugly though, not my cup of Dilma..
