I went to this event in Melbourne. Does anyone else think they just pumped up the hosting city to increase business for metropole?

I am interested to see what they said at the Sydney event and if they addressed that the Sydney market was slowing down and recommended other capital city's (Melbourne)...

Maybe im just sceptical and Melbourne is going to get 4-5% growth over the next couple of years due to population growth etc... I have 4 properties in Melbourne so was hoping they would have addressed other capital city's if their actually are better opportunities...I get if they are talking longer term Melbourne and Sydney would outperform but I felt they were negative towards Sydney at our event

It was still a great day and I appreciate metropole putting on the event.

Summary- Buy in Melbourne, it will out perform all capital city's, interest rates will not rise and possibly go lower...
