Hi everyone, i thought it was finally time to introduce and immerse myself in this forum which has been very educational and entertaining for me since the beginning. I also lurked in the Somersoft forum. My property investment so far includes a townhouse in Sunshine and an OTP apartment in South Melbourne. My next project is a duplex build in a western Melbourne suburb. Currently looking for a volume builder to complete the project but I'm finding most are not responsive to queries. Anyway, I hope to continue learning from this forum and hopefully my contributions may be useful to someone in the future.
