Setting off from London for Cuba in approx 4 hours. Will be away for 14 days of cycle-touring in this internet-shy land.

Wishing everyone here and in particular my many friends from the PC community a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

    Feliz Navidad!

It's better to have a "feliz año nuevo". Año = year. Ano = anus ;-)

I'm just being pedantic. I think most Spanish speakers are quite used to that and tolerate it- especially when many devices (like typewriters and not so smart phones) didn't allow the ñ character to be entered.

For the non Spanish speakers, ñ is like n with a y sound after.

And if I was pedantic I'd point out that it's "you're" haha.
