    Yeah as sash said, side easements really limit your building area. Definitely stay away.

    Having an easement at the rear of the lot is very common though and generally not a problem in a new estate.

    Yes just over.....for 155k....I am told by agents some are getting over 400k neat the station now.

    My friend who bought a fire sale in 2011 just put it on the market and got over 500k for a 1000sqm block.

    Norlane has exploded in growth and price in the last 2 years i bought my investment property in Norlane for 295,000 it could be sold at 430+ if i wanted to sell today but Norlane has potential i belive...\
