    Good afternoon all

    The next Melbourne west-side meetup is booked in for 7pm at the Junction Hotel, 15 Hall St Spotwood on Thursday 30th June. The booking is under the name "JACQUI" and we'll be in the "Wine Room" as apparently the seating there is more suited to our needs, and the menu is similar in that room anyhow.

    Let me know by posting on this thread who is coming so I have an idea of numbers.

    Come along for food and/or drinkies and some excellent chit-chat.

    This venue is super duper close to Newport station for those who wish to commute by train (see map below).

    The last meet was quite an eye-opener for both us and a couple of locals.

    During our discussion of future wealth strategies, having the young waitress overhear and react in a favourable way to our thoughts and ideas provided incredible motivation for the propertychat crowd in attendance that day.

    It was fascinating sharing our delayed gratification, get-rich and retirement strategies with the Gen-Y crowd.

    I look forward to the next meetup
