    Great question. How good would it be if someone would take the time and indicate with a picture where the birdcage is.

    Better would be if someone could indicate/colour on a map which areas in Werribee are currently considered worse / ok / better since this post is from 1.5 years ago and times have changed.

    Sorry, I didn't see it before. Thanks Connor for putting up the graph. Is it still worth to buy an old 4 bedroom house on 559 sqm block in Werribee for around 460k? Won't be able to do sub division unless I knock down the existing house. I don't know it will still grow more than that as prices have already moved and a lot of new estates are there too. Thanks.
