Hi all, Thanks in Advance and apologies for the list of questions. 1. Just wondering if anyone has good builder recommendations to develop 2 townhouses in south eastern side of Melbourne? 2. Also, are there any online resources where I can review if the builders had any complaints, reviews and licensing issues? 3. Once we engage with a builder how long does the process take on average to sign contract? The reason i am asking it to take advantage of the government construction grant expiring at the end of this year? 4. Lets say a permit for townhouses is approved prior to buying the land in a context where i intend to build and hold - how do we know the land has been maximised for the best value on the plans? - Is it too much hassle to amend it? - Do i need to get an architect to review it?
