In a price growth comparison of 150 cities, Sydney dropped out of the top 50 to 88th position due to a 6.1 per cent drop in positive price growth since last quarter, ranking behind Melbourne (43) which dropped 1.6 per cent, and Canberra (61), Hobart (76) and Brisbane (82), which all had an increase in growth in the year to June.
