Melbourne style apartments in Sydney?

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but has anyone else noticed that the types of apartments in Melbourne are more “luxury” than the stock available in Sydney?

for instance we are looking for specifically 2-3 bedrooms with window wall/floor to ceiling. They appear common in inner city Melbourne such as south yarra but we can’t seem to find any in inner west or eastern suburbs Sydney. Does anyone know of any buildings in particular that fit the bill?

There is an apartment block behind Hyde Park too - I think around $2.5-3m for a 2 bedder. Not a lot of stock though.

 

Oh so it does appear there are few, but they are 50% more than their Melbourne equivalents
