lol your right it does look like that. the agency's use these birds eye lenses on the camera when they take pic's, can make room's/ yards etc look bigger, im sure you know the tricks. they must of forgotten to change it back haha

Leave it to them, all FHB willing to pay a lot for the only house they will hold for the entire life. I think it is just a dead cat bounce due to low interest rates & summer coming.

4/335 Lower Plenty Road, Viewbank, Vic 3084
    Advertised $600,000 - $630,000, sold for $650k before auction.

Don't know too many FHBs that can afford to buy a big block on Rosanna.
If it's a dead cat bounce, it's been airborne for a while and getting higher

This is my area. That’s a bugger block than mine. But 1 less bed and bath. I’m in similar quality spot. I purchased recently for much less. Very tight stock here. You can’t spread into Heidelberg heights if you have kids due to schools. Viewbank has no trains. Ivanhoe is too expensive. Bulleen has tunnel going in. Makes Heidelberg and rosanna a tight pocket.

    Still overpaid

I think it's better value for money than say similar priced properties in Preston

Not familiar with the local school, I know Viewbank public is good. Greensborugh has St Mary which I think has got a partnership with Marcellin College. Glad if you can give me some light on the topic ;-)

Viewbank is zoned, so won't be able to get in. Montmorency is good, it will be zoned too. Best to check Find my School

Nice. Just a lazy 88% capital gain in 6 years and 9 months, with only minor cosmetic improvements.
