Melbourne - Off the Plan Pre-Settlement

    Hi Guys -

    The developer has advised that we can now do pre-settlement inspection for our off the plan apartment. Can i request for suggestion / referral who can do this in Melbourne?

    Where in Melbourne is the property? I know a few property managers that will be willing to do it for their clients, and they're good PMs as well.

    I think it should be someone used to doing, and qualified to do, construction stage inspections.

    They need to know about building regs, and building standards and tolerances.
