    Hi Everyone,

Recently moved back to Melbourne after studying O/S and given the amount of time on our hands at the moment, I am looking towards improving my future.

Have done significant reading and have a small deposit saved up but am not entirely sure where to get started building my property portfolio so very open to a point in the right direction

Uncertain times that will no doubt be effecting everyone differently, however as someone not yet in the market, Im hoping to make the best of a bad situation and get started on my property journey.

Hope everyone is staying safe and I look forward to some great productive discussions moving forward!

Hey and welcome! Exciting times for you!

In a nutshell - 1 -Start with your goals, and what you're hoping to achieve.
2 - Find out your borrowing capacity.
3 - Create a strategy based on your personal circumstances to get you toward the goals you set in set 1.
