    New station at Greensborough and duplication of tracks to Eltham. Although I don't trust these short term stats with very small sample sizes. Heidelberg and Rosanna are back to 2016 prices and they are much nicer suburbs

    What a surprise! Greensborough, neighboring suburb shows price increase of 6%. Also according to REIV the other side of Yarra river Warrandyte looks like to holding prices as well quarterly price increase of 1.6%.

    Not sure what is driving the trend or is it just 'rogue' quarter with a lot of higher price points properties sold than normally.
