Just realized my PPOR will be next to the new station being built in Swanston x La Trobe. Will this affect the zoning, value etc... in a positive or negative way? I'm already receiving regular offers from REA about renting out my place because it's opposite RMIT so if this project will have any added impact, I might rent it out and rent another apartment. Your thoughts will be appreciated
that station is underground though. zoning would be more applicable to houses as oppose to apartments. in that location - rents should be pretty good
there's a major demolition going on across KFC, the tradie said it will be a station + it has a temp sign that says City Circle.
