    Just realized my PPOR will be next to the new station being built in Swanston x La Trobe.

    Will this affect the zoning, value etc... in a positive or negative way? I'm already receiving regular offers from REA about renting out my place because it's opposite RMIT so if this project will have any added impact, I might rent it out and rent another apartment.

    Your thoughts will be appreciated :)

    that station is underground though. zoning would be more applicable to houses as oppose to apartments.
    in that location - rents should be pretty good

    there's a major demolition going on across KFC, the tradie said it will be a station + it has a temp sign that says City Circle.
