    Hi:

Is there any easy way to find out if a property is subject to flooding or not?

Is there a website for Melbourne flood zone, which can map individual address?

    Regards,
    DU

Need to go reverse as far as I know.
Run the property report and see if there is an inundation overlay.

    Thans Y-man.

I can see the property is subject to the following:
    - NRZ3 (Neighborhood Residential Zone 3)
    - SLO1 (Significant Landscape Overlay 1)

My property of interest is marked in red. There is some flooding indicated by the blue section.

Considering all these, is this a big No-NO?

    Thanks
    DU

Looks fine to me.... would be more worried about the SLO1.
