    Just read that Melbourne scored a clearance rate of 79% this weekend. Still going strong.

    Sydney was up around 77% too I hear.

    Not in whole Melbourne market though @Pins as super Saturday 8/8/15 really continued to drive the Eastern suburbs markets due to Chinese lucky day for buying..
