    Sorry, clash of dates for me so will have to miss out. Note for anyone going that there is a tram strike that day, 10-2 - ironically were I able to come, I could walk there <sigh>

    I have booked in 1800 flat pack installers to put together some Ikea office furniture for me at my house on Thursday so I am going to miss this catch up unfortunately! But I should be good for a Feb catchup!

    Hi CBD PCers

    I have never posted before but am a frequent lurker on the sidelines. Have learnt a lot from everyone, thank you! If my work calendar doesn’t get in the way tomorrow I can come! From 11.45 as have a 1 pm webinar.
    Own 4 properties Elsternwick (PPOR), St Kilda, Brighton East and Ballarat Central. Maybe another this year but not sure what-where. Hopefully I will be able to recognise you tomoz.

    Anyway, usual table but now flanked by sign saying "Grill'd Coming Soon!" on one side, "Panda Wong Coming Soon" on the other....
