    Hi, we need to build a house in Melbourne but we are based in QLD. Just after some advise in regards to choosing a builder. Any recommendations for a builder? Should we just go with big name volume builders?

    Also are there any professionals/building inspectors available who can progressively check how the construction is progressing?

    Any approx idea how much per m2 should the building cost?

    Also, should we choose a fixed cost site preparation or just go with what builder finds and them bill is?
