    Hi all looking for any Melbourne broker recommendations. Trying to make the impossible happen, normal banks lending around 1/3 of what I need for a purchase. Have other investments can play around with worse case scenario.

    If you don't mind about meeting face to face, any broker from the forums here can help you :)

    There may be a bit more gas in your tank if your existing debt is structured correctly.
