    I came across Buy Wise Inspection Services Ltd seem to have good google reviews but a bit expensive i think $595

    Anyone have any other building & pest inspectors in Melbourne?

    I am about to use 1300pestinspectors - www.1300pestcontrol.com.au for a PPoR. Will let you know how that goes. So far the guy seemed friendly and their inspector is also a structural engineer so able to provide estimates for any stump repairs etc
