    Hi all,
    Tenants are moving out of a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment (previously self managed) in the middle of July so I have decided to use a property manager this time.
    Does anyone have any recommendations? Please feel free to PM me.
    Also - what's the going rate for management fees and letting fee?

    John Bisignano and his team at Harcourts Northcote manage two of our properties - one in Fairfield and another in Thornbury. They've been great for the last 5 years we've been with them. Expect to pay circa 5-6% plus GST for management fees. Letting is usually 1 wk rent plus GST. Advertising around $200.
