NSW Meetup Dec 15th The Ranch Hotel North Ryde

Hi everybody, as mentioned on this thread:

NSW - North Ryde meetup Tues 24th November @ The Ranch Hotel

I've organised another meetup at the Ranch. I've booked a table (requested an outdoor table in the hope there will be less noise) under my name Linda and we have a few saying that they will come thus far on the other thread, but the more the merrier! Ho ho ho.

I should be able to help get you discounted drinks etc due to my membership of a sports club and meals are 2 for $30 which really good for the food (assuming they are still running the Tuesday special).

I have booked the table from 6pm but its ok to come later, just let us know.

Please reply in this thread if you plan to come, and all good if you have already wrote something on the other thread. Newbies, colleagues and friends/partners absolutely welcome to come too as long as they are happy to listen to and participate in conversations about property.

Also... dressing a little festive would add to the seasonal atmosphere, so if you are up for it... a splash of red and green and festive hat wearing is encouraged. Totally not mandatory though

Thanks for organising. Won't be able to make this one as fly out for a 3 week trek in Nepal tomorrow.
