    Nice one Sackie.
I have 3 suburbs in the list.
Just need Stafford to make the list. Probably will make it in 2022. ;)

Stafford and similar have a fantastic chance to keep growing over the next few years imo.

If you check all the names on the list - Most are within the 5km radius of CBD.
It won't be long before that ring gets bigger. It will take longer as the each km out it goes. It is just a numbers game - Circumference

Exactly mate I agree. Imo upto 12km approx will continue to flourish .

My gut tells me if you can buy a killer add value deal in the 11 to 13km mark ....hold it...and wait . Its a very strong medium term strategy to me for those with average budgets.

Still plenty of houses to clear in those suburbs.
I think those will definitely make it at the start of 2022.

I am fairly confident those suburbs be there in 2nd half of 2022.

Woolloongabba flying a bit under the radar... hasn't seen really explosive growth in the past year like some suburbs, but I think the best is yet to come with all the new infrastructure leading up to the Olympics.

Looking at the list, seems more weighted towards north and east/south eastern suburbs? Tarragindi in south surely is closing in on 1mil, maybe 2022.
