    Hi,

    I have a land 469 sq meter on 356-360 Great Western Highway, Wentworthville.
    Frontage 31 mt and depth 15.7 mt.
    Planning to build a Medical suite with underground parking.

    What would be approximate construction cost with underground parking and escalator
    1) Reception and Waiting Room
    2) Kids area
    3) Consulting Rooms
    4) Treatment Rooms
    5) Staff Area (Breakout area)
    6) Office or space allocated for filing/Account Management
    7) Toilets

    Is their any off-plan leasing facilities real estate agent provide?
    Are there any experts who can provide Market appraisal?
