    Yeah got a friend who bought in Croydon in weekend as FHB as he said Doncaster east Blackburn Ringwood was too expensive wanted to be close box hill so his parents could go there regularly. Chinese guy not the ultra rich but works in day job at Microsoft so easy 100-200k a year

    I am not seeing this in the outer estates of Melbourne...the demand is still solid....
