    One might wonder if the folks involved in the (supposedly) forthcoming LJ Hooker IPO are crying in their beers that the recent McGraths awkwardness might have scared off all the Mum & Dad SMSF money that was (allegedly) just sloshing around and waiting to be scooped up.

    I can only imagine what would happen if somebody (let's address them as The Rainmaker) came up with the idea of floating the Adelaide shipyards and the submarine builders with all that lucrative work coming up...

    That's not necessarily a bad thing.
    Some people have a negative connotation associated with the word.

    Thanks for the link. I could see that row (whole block) will be demolish soon. Wondered how they settle the sink hole issue.
