    Hi all,

I currently have around 3 million investment loan with CBA with an LVR at 78%.

What is the maximum discount anyone has got with them recently?

Looking at other forums once upon a time they used to offer 1.5% discount off the SVR. Is that still possible?

We have 1.5%, not just forums, they were advertising it in shopping centres

I recently got a 1.27% on an IO Investment Loan of $624k 80% LVR. At 3 mil, you can definitely get your broker to beat that.

CBA have reduced their discounts in the last 3 mths, because that predatory pricing strategy wasnt sustainable to them financially, or on their production side.

Max discounts are now typically 1.35/7 regardless of if the total is well above a mill

3 mill with one lender raises concentration risk issues for me if thats the total lending one has. if its 3 mill in 12 mill others then not an issue.

We have 1.5% discount on all loans but were offered a 1.37% discount on a recent purchase as according to the relationship manager, their maximum for new loan is now 1.3%.
