Maverick sales agent recommendation Bulimba, Brisbane

    Looking to build 4 trilevel medium to luxury finish townhouses in Bulimba. We are expecting DA in January. Want to have sales agent on board now. Planning to sell off the the plan...possibly to chinese investors.

    Does anyone know excellent sales agent or someone who has access(not via other agents but direct) to chinese buyers ?

    Also, if anyone has suggestion regarding how to achieve best sales result it will be useful. I believe that if sales process is handled correctly then it will make at least 8 to 10% difference in final outcome.

    I've been dealing with Peter Yeh at LJ Hooker Bulimba for my Coorparoo project. He's part Chinese so may have contacts. He does a lot of development/off the plan sales too.

    I know Peter Yeh and can recommend him too. I had no idea he was part Chinese? He certainly doesn't look it. (Have you met him or just spoken on the phone?)
