Master-Maintenance or Contractor in Brisbane

Hi everyone,

Am in the middle of buying my first home and have identified work to be done in multiple areas. To avoid the hassle and risk of engaging multiple contractors; I am looking for a Master-Maintenance or Contracting company in Brisbane, who is reliable and accurate

Please share your thoughts and suggestions

The house is double brick and small work will be needed for these areas (which in total will be a medium size work-package):

• Builder: Weep Holes, Eaves
• Carpenter: Fix Porch & Shed
• Fly Screens
• Floor Sanding & carpet removal
• Kitchen: make a bit modern
• Electrician: replace Black Rubber wiring
• Air Conditioning: Install new split units
• Replace Hot Water Systems

P.S. A good mate on PropertyChat shared an all rounder handy man contact and am looking for more options to be able to decide based on availability and experience

I figured out my priorities and schedule:

1. Carpenter to create door under the porch to enable access to termite affected areas
2. Termite treatment in porch & shed
3. Work in the kitchen & bath: Make new kitchen and bath
4. Fix shed frame and re-sheeting of shed
5. Fly screens
6. Floor Sanding

Building companies have declined to quote so far as the job is either too big (they deal with rental maintenance) or too small (they are after major renovations). Individual tradies quotes are coming via hipages with varied cost base.

Still need your help guys to find good contacts

Agree if I have time & experience. My target is to get this done before moving so time is a priority. Am happy to pay someone 10% to project manage this work as long as they do it professionally (multiple quotes, good negotiations, ensure quality & after service, ...)
