I had a chat to Mark Rolton few years ago. Every bone and instinct in my body told me to run a million miles away. And fast. Be very, very careful.

I do understand how they operate and it doesn't interest me in the slightest.

    No seriously - stay away.

Look into all the deals Massland have put together and see how many of those were Options themselves - most were standard purchases with longer DD clauses.

Also you do all the work in finding and DD'ing the site for a pawltry comm?

I don’t know much about this guy, but there is nothing much to options. You get a lawyer to write them up. The difficult thing is finding someone who will give you an option over a property, I’m not sure there is a course that can teach you good luck! But who knows, maybe he has come up with some great system that can be replicated successfully.

I also think they have become millionaire (if at all that is true) is by people who pay 5000$ for the course and probably they teach them how to lure other for the property courses. Now a days a lot of people are getting into property courses and all of them are millionaires.

No experience with Massland but there's definitely money to be made through options. We draft a few options per week on average.

    Options boot course?
Just that term should scare you.
I’ve given, sold and bought through options.
I domt see why you need to pay someone to tell you about them.
The combined wisdom of this chat group would be worth more. Options generally only work in an appreciating market.

I have bought using an options on a couple of deals. They are nothing mysterious, they are just a tool to use in the right circumstances in the same way a standard REIQ contract is. Of much more importance is buying at the right price.

We do options for clients continuously. No need to do a course on it.

    Hi,

I should probably start a new thread and may just do that...but are you willing to shed some light on where/how you source your 'Options' Vendors? And any further advice regarding capital needed, realistic/anticipated time frames for a D.A if you have ever had to lodge one, & legal/professional team needed to complete the 'Options' agreements/settlement?? Thank you in advance.
