Marketing fees North Brisbane

    I'm looking to sell a property in North Brisbane and have received 2 appraisals from agents. Both marketing fees are over $2,000. The property is a unit around the $300,000 mark. I thought the first fee was expensive but then I received the second. Is this about right?

    What do they offer for that price? I would baulk at any more than $500 but then i haven't sold anything in a long time, call me old fashioned. Maybe they have a different price for interstate landlords.

    I had a meeting this week with an agent - $2600 including drone photos
