    It is in the Marion proposed Urban Corridor Zoning, with the development in Anzac highway and Churchill Road, will Marion be the next Boom?

    According to the following proposed requirement, I think this site has potential to be built into 5 dwellings with 3 storeys? In this case, it should be a good house to buy, but the property page visits is only 543 views. Most other properties in the same suburb have over 1000 views.
