    Hi All

I looked up service directory and it seems there are BA, Mortgage brokers, FA and etc... but no margin brokers.

Do I need to contact FI like Westpac, Comsec etc to take out a loan to invest in shares?

There's not many margin products out there. Just look on RateCity, InfoChoice, Mozo, etc to compare margin loans and more importantly - look at their approved shares/funds list to see what maximum LVRs they offer on the shares/funds you want to invest in.

The higher their maximum LVR, the bigger the buffer you'll have to work with. If they don't offer margin on your shares/funds - while some other lenders do, then that will help you narrow things down.
