    Hi All

    I just bought a house in Manly Brisbane.
    I would like to airBnB / short term lease it; and I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good management company?

    Any help is much appreciated

    Hi LabradoodleBros,

    There are currently start-up specialist PM companies for AirBnB as to date it's generally been managed by the owner. Last time I checked, these were only in Sydney however but someone may be able to point you in the right direction.

    have you got council approval for a short term rental? BCC are pretty vicious.

    So BCC is not very high yield friendly it seems....
