    Fantastic ! @Eric Wu . I will try to attend. I might drag with me 1 or 2 new arrivals who have been bombarded by property spruikers. For new arrivals, starting from scratch is difficult.

    I got back from Guangzhou (stop over from Vietnam) last night. Love it. Love it. Love it!
    I was prepared to use a bit of my Canto in Guangzhou but everyone spoke Mando!
