If he chased and did something off his property, this is why he is in this situation

    .
Agree he seems to have done something to bring the charge, totally disagree that we should trust our system, we should look at everything and understand how it works and how the truth and justice are not always able to trump money, at least with criminal matters it is harder to bluff, courts are good for lining the pockets of all those involved, except the mugs named.

It's becoming more and more like America.
People like this need to hire really expensive lawyers, and the rich people who can afford the expensive lawyers do what they want.

Attacked another woman in her home, just lucky neighbours heard her screams and came to help.
How long would he have gone on before he was stopped? Jail didn't seem to stop him.

Exactly. I don't want vigilante justice and capital punishment but this is a pretty provocative situation. Police and jail couldn't stop him, one home owner does and now the home owner is the one getting charged. I wonder what evidence they have against the homeowner.

I'm guessing it is that, even though he was assaulted himself, this part happened when he went after him and tried to detain him. If it happened in the house I doubt they would have charged him with murder, probably manslaughter. Hope common sense prevails.

Not really, we don't have hanging anymore. What do you mean?

Good job Mr homeowner, one more piece of trash of the street, I wish you the best in the face of perverted justice that protects the criminal you were trying to apprehend.
