VIC Maidstone, Braybrook, or Kingsville

    Buying a home and lookings for appreciation in the future (not subdividing or developing, just a normal 2bed townhouse.

    These 3 places are simularly priced, so which one do you think will have more appreciation potential?

    Maidstone - closer to highpoint, hospital, university
    Braybrook - closer to the train station, further to the city
    Kingsville/bottom of westfootscray - not much info, just know prices simular.

    Ballarat East
    Kingsville/West Footscray more premium than the other two suburbs which have large swathes of ex houso and McMansions. If you can get them for the similar price, I would go with Kingsville/WF
    Have you also considered Sunshine?

    Sunshine too far since i can afford closer.
    You are right kingsville and west footscray does cost around 40k more at the moment.
